Kids' Mask Guide
For children, the most impressive specification is not useful if the mask is too large, uncomfortable or repeatedly pulled down. Start with age-appropriate use, fit and the child's ability to wear the product correctly.
Age and fit
CDC/NIOSH says children age 2 and older can wear respirators and masks. Choose a size that covers the nose, fits under the chin and does not impair vision.
KF94 and KN95 options
Smaller KF94 and KN95 products are sold for children, but international respirators are often developed in systems centered on adult use. Review manufacturer sizing and instructions carefully.
Brookwood's kids range
Brookwood currently lists kids' KF94 masks in many prints and kids' KN95 options. Treat filtration and safety statements as product claims to verify against the exact product documentation.
